Silvia Mogas is the founder of Subirachs Ventures, a Web3 ecosystem building products, media, systems, and communities at the intersection of technology, culture, and impact. She brings more than two decades of experience across strategy, market positioning, partnerships, business development, growth, and ecosystem design, helping emerging ventures move from vision to market with clarity, credibility, and commercial direction. Her work connects institutional strategy with practical adoption across the globe.

Long bio

For over 20 years I have built brands, narratives, and go-to-market systems for businesses operating at the edge of new technology, from hospitality and consumer brands into Web3, capital markets, and regulated digital assets. I am, at heart, a builder and a problem-solver: I am happiest when I am turning something ambiguous into a system that runs. As founder of Subirachs Ventures and lead strategist behind BMBWeb3, I work with issuers, OTC desks, regulated exchanges, and token projects on go-to-market strategy, institutional outreach, and exchange listings, with campaigns spanning Bitget, KuCoin, LBank, Gemstone, Bitfinex, and beyond. Increasingly, that work includes building AI automations that handle the repetitive parts of marketing and operations, so teams can move faster without adding headcount. I have spoken at over 100 global conferences across 20+ countries and 4 continents, co-authored four books on AI, blockchain, and leadership, and lecture at EAE Business School and EM Normandie Business School. I mentor at Stanford AI & Web3 Research Lab Association and R3 Corda. Recipient of the LinkedIn Top Marketing Strategy Voice & Web3 Voice award and recognised among the Global Top 100 Women of the Future in Emerging Tech.

2017
